Apricot Chicken

Recipe From: Mormon Cookbook
This is really easy and UNinspiring.

2-4 chicken breasts (leave whole or slice in thick strips)
1 cup Russian dressing
1 cup apricot preserves
1 envelop onion soup mix

Mix 3 ingredients together and pour over chicken in a baking dish. Cook at 350 for 30-60 minutes (depending on whether chicken is whole or cut). Serve with steamed broccoli over rice.
