Amy cooked up leftovers for lunch at the other day and it was really good. No recipe! She just listed off a few things that they threw in with a jar of pasta sauce.1 box Mini Penne Pasta
1 jar Prego Three Cheese Pasta Sauce
1 pkg Turkey Sausage (cut to shape of pasta)
1 green pepper (small slices)
1/2 red pepper (small slices)
1 onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta. Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add onions and peppers. Cook until tender. Add sausage. Cook for a few minutes. Add sauce. Simmer until pasta is done.
