Salad Ingredients:1 bag spinach leaves
3-4 green onions (sliced)
1/4 cup parsley
3 oz craisins
3 oz honey roasted peanuts
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
6-8 oz bow tie pasta
1 chicken breast (cooked and sliced)
Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (I used Lawry's marinade)
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine dressing ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Combine salad ingredients, toss in spinach and dressing prior to serving.
